GT58 SFT

Although designed for spiral bevel and hypoid gears, the GT58 can be re-configured from the nominal 90 degree shaft angle application into a paralleled shaft application in just 20 minutes.

The new model GT58 has been a distanced departure from another model of SFT developed by GEI Systems, GT55, a retrofit version of Gleason 17A machine. GT58 is a designed from “scratch” system to implement the best features of SFT process in quality control departments.

Gear spindle tower is designed with two additional features to adjust angular position of both spindles during the original setup. This adjustment is limited to +/- 5 degrees and is used primary for the final alignment of spindles.
