GT57 SFT
GT57 is a transition from retrofit systems to a new product line of fully redesigned Single Flank Testers built on modern components and electronics
Base is designed to accommodate a three degrees of freedom sliding rails with low friction linear ball bearings components.

Cradle mounted on the vertical tower to hold the gear spindle housing has two degrees of freedom to compensate for misalignment of pinion and gear shaft spindles. Those features also can be used to setup a different from 90 degrees shaft angle by introducing Alpha parameter withing +/- 5 degrees.

Cradle also has an adaptor plate to mount a gear spindle practically of any design. In case of GT57 model, both spindle housings, for gear and pinion, have been reused from GT55 retrofit option.
Such a combination of advanced (E,P,G) slides with retrofitted Gleason 17A spindle housings is a very practical one where three is an abundant supply of good left over inventory of Gleason testers and a reliable source of rebuilding services
