GEI Systems has been known on the gear market for over 40 years in different capacities with different customers and on different products. That includes hardware design, fabrication and installation of variety of test equipment, such as SFT, DFT, equipment for transmission evaluation, transfer cases, etc.

Those systems would include software packages to support the applications running on our equipment: high speed data acquisition, digital signal processing, control packages with electronics and drivers to interface that hardware with a computer system.

For the maximum security, reliability and encapsulation, our software development is based on Windows OS with our proprietary software implemented in form of DLL (Dynamic Link Library) which can be attached to practical every generic package with our applications.

Based on the “building block” concept GEI Systems has designed and fabricated more than 150 turnkey systems for automotive components testing in QC departments and production environment including the following most common products:
